Lead Community Care Professional

This is a leadership role within a community setting where you will oversee daily operations and ensure high-quality, person-centred care and support is delivered.

As Lead Community Care Professional, you will lead a team of staff, contribute to the development of care plans, and support the empowerment and inclusion of residents in all aspects of community life.

  • Contribute to the development of care plans that meet individual needs and preferences.
  • Support the empowerment and inclusion of residents through activities and initiatives that promote social interaction and community engagement.
  • Lead a team of staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred care and support services.
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient use of resources and effective delivery of services.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of a Level 7 qualification in Social Care Studies or equivalent professional discipline.
  • At least 2 years' management experience at a similar level of responsibility.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in the health, social care, or voluntary sector.
  • Strong understanding of quality and safety standards in disability services.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams).
  • Full driver's licence.
