Lead Community Care Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional professional to lead our Designated Centre, providing a high-quality, person-centred service to residents and effectively managing the staff team and resources.
The successful candidate will support individuals with diverse needs across residential settings, day services, supported independent living, job advocacy, and vocational training.
Key Responsibilities- Person in Charge: Meet the requirements of the Health Act (2007) Regulations (2013) with regard to the role's expectations.
- Clinical Expertise: Possess strong working knowledge of HIQA Standards, Health Act (2007), and associated regulations and guidance.
- Leadership: Demonstrate experience in managing or supervising roles in health or social care, with a minimum of 3 years' experience.
- Be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) for CNM 2 or be registered with CORU as a Social Care Worker and hold an appropriate level degree (Level 8 qualification desirable).
- Have a strong background in supporting individuals with dementia.
- Possess postgraduate qualifications in relevant areas, management qualifications, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrate excellent computer literacy, information technology skills, report writing abilities, and up-to-date driving licenses.
