Job Opportunity: Production Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced and motivated professional to fill the role of Production Team Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing production activities, leading a team to meet performance goals, and promoting a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and lead the shift team to achieve SQDCP objectives
  • Champion safety within the cell and promote a safe working culture among team members
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workflow and optimal unit throughput
  • Maintain compliance with Work Instructions, SOPs, and GMP requirements at all times
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the site's CI/OpEx program
  • Support the development of production schedule plans and liaise with relevant stakeholders as needed
  • Monitor hourly performance across the assembly cell and provide support to improve performance where necessary
  • Champion the NOE Quality process within the cell and encourage team members to raise NOEs for defective or suspected defective materials
  • Review device history records to ensure accuracy and timely completion
  • Collaborate with the Shift Manager and Training Team to develop team cross-skilling capabilities
  • Liaise with the Quality department as required
  • Manage sampling of lots and document accordingly
  • Monitor raw material inventory levels and take action to address any issues
  • Support the team in achieving 100% work order accuracy
  • Maintain production area compliance with required quality standards As needed, contribute to project planning and future developments
