Order Assembly Team Supervisor

A dedicated team supervisor is required to oversee the order assembly process in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The successful candidate will ensure that all production steps are completed efficiently and effectively, while maintaining high quality standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the order picking process to ensure smooth operation and maximum efficiency.
  • Supervise and support the workflow of employees on the order picking line, ensuring work is completed effectively and efficiently.
  • Monitor production processes to identify bottlenecks, minimize downtime, and optimize efficiency.
  • Support employee training programs to ensure all staff are properly trained before commencing work.
  • Schedule and coordinate activities of workers on the order assembly line.
  • Oversee stock rotation, quality, and wastage minimization.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:

3 years' experience/knowledge in food order assembly with a thorough understanding of HACCP.Minimum 2 years of people management and staff supervision experience.
