This position is responsible for driving operational excellence in a dynamic logistics environment.

  • Liaise with operations manager, team leads, and customers to resolve issues and drive improvements.
  • Champion a safety-first culture and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
  • Ensure accurate handling of documentation, reporting, and performance metrics.
Qualifications and Skills

A driven and customer-focused professional with strong background in warehouse supervision is required.

  • Previous experience in supervisory role within large logistics or warehouse operation.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with ability to prioritize tasks.
