Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

This is a key leadership role within our organisation, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement operational plans to ensure smooth running of the warehouse.

· Create shift plans, ensuring adequate cover for holidays and training days, and operate forklifts and equipment as necessary.

Health and Safety:

· Lead by example in maintaining a safe working environment, report incidents promptly, and provide accurate records.

· Implement effective health and safety policies, toolbox talks, and training to drive compliance and reduce risk.

Training and Development:

· Complete required training and support direct reports in using internal systems.

Quality Assurance:

· Adhere to established SOPs, complete non-conformance reports, and collaborate with the Quality Department during audits.

· Maintain accurate records of data requested by senior management.

· Foster positive relationships with colleagues and departments.

· Perform additional duties as assigned by your manager.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Valid Counterbalance license, valid PPT license, and valid Reach Truck license (desired).

· 2 years' experience in a similar role, strong knowledge of health and safety, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
