Business Sustainability Program

We are seeking a talented individual to contribute to our People & Sustainability team. This role will involve supporting the development and delivery of various programs, including health promotion and occupational health.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong attention to detail and effective time management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is also required.

Our roles offer valuable experience and exposure within diverse business units. We are based in various locations, including Dublin and Portlaoise, with hybrid working options available.

This is a fixed-term contract position, offering a unique opportunity for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support program development and delivery
  • Contribute to diverse functions, including Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, and Health & Wellbeing
  • Perform administrative tasks and ensure compliance with data protection regulations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or holding a minimum 2.1 Honours Degree in relevant disciplines (e.g., Business Studies, Human Resource Management, Business Administration)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and effective time management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, MS Teams)
