As a Business Development Manager, you play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our retail services.
Key Responsibilities:- Build strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships and retention
- Deliver agreed business targets through strategic planning and execution
- Manage account-specific contractual obligations and develop new business pipelines
- Collaborate with the Technology team to create and implement POS and PSP developments
- Coordinate store staff training activities within existing and newly won accounts
- Work closely with the Payments team to drive new business leads from partner companies
Successful candidates will have:
- A high level of drive and tenacity
- Excellent customer focus and target-driven results
- Strong team player skills with the ability to work autonomously and use initiative
- Proven experience in winning new business and building customer relationships
- Business acumen and commerciality with a deep understanding of the sales cycle

- Genuine sales talent with a proven track record of strong results orientation, passion, and determination
- Experienced in business development ideally within retail services, acquiring, or payment services
- Strong written and spoken English language skills
