As a Business Development Manager, you play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our retail services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships and retention
  • Deliver agreed business targets through strategic planning and execution
  • Manage account-specific contractual obligations and develop new business pipelines
  • Collaborate with the Technology team to create and implement POS and PSP developments
  • Coordinate store staff training activities within existing and newly won accounts
  • Work closely with the Payments team to drive new business leads from partner companies

  • Excellent customer focus and target-driven results
  • Strong team player skills with the ability to work autonomously and use initiative
  • Proven experience in winning new business and building customer relationships
  • Business acumen and commerciality with a deep understanding of the sales cycle

  • Experienced in business development ideally within retail services, acquiring, or payment services
  • Strong written and spoken English language skills
