We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Dedicated Care Companion to join our team in Dublin. This role involves providing essential care and support to clients within their own homes.

  • Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Provide assistance with mobility, including transferring and positioning clients as needed.
  • Offer companionship to clients, promoting their comfort and well-being.
  • Assist with meal preparation.
  • Assist with medication prompting.

Our ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • QQI Level 5 Healthcare Support qualification or equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a community or home care setting, is desirable.
  • Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently while adhering to care plans and protocols.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards clients.
  • Excellent teamwork skills.
