Cloud Native Integration Software Quality Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Software Quality Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing automated testing strategies to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of cloud-native integration solutions.

You will work closely with developers, product managers, documentation teams, and the open-source community to ensure high-quality releases. This includes enhancing test frameworks, strengthening CI/CD pipelines, and supporting cloud-based validation to keep pace with evolving customer and product needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement automated testing strategies for cloud-native integration solutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality releases.
  • Enhance test frameworks and strengthen CI/CD pipelines.
  • Support cloud-based validation and collaborate with the open-source community.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in software testing or quality engineering roles with a focus on automation.
  • Proficient in writing automated tests using Java and/or Go.
  • Strong understanding of Kubernetes and container orchestration fundamentals.
  • Solid knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and experience with tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Apache Camel or other integration frameworks.
  • Experience with Testcontainers, JUnit 5, and REST-assured.
  • Experience contributing to or working with upstream open source projects.
