Job Title:
Lead Clinical Physiologist
OverviewThis is a challenging and exciting opportunity for an experienced clinical physiologist to lead the delivery of high-quality diagnostic services in our non-invasive cardiology department.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual with a strong background in clinical measurement and physiological measurement. As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on all aspects of clinical physiology and ensuring that our patients receive the best possible care.
As a lead clinical physiologist, you will play a key role in developing and implementing new procedures and protocols to improve patient outcomes and enhance our service delivery. You will also be responsible for mentoring and supervising junior staff members and contributing to the development of our department's policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing expert advice and guidance on clinical physiology matters;
- Leading the development and implementation of new procedures and protocols;
- Mentoring and supervising junior staff members;
- Contributing to the development of departmental policies and procedures;
Requirements:
- Eligible applicants must hold a relevant scientific qualification (Level 8) from a recognized institution or possess equivalent experience and skills;
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a clinical physiology role with a focus on leadership and management;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels;
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality results and improving patient outcomes;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions;
