Global Inventory Management Leader

Job Overview:
\As a key leader in our organization, we seek a seasoned professional to drive inventory management excellence across the globe. This strategic role will influence change, foster collaboration, and spearhead initiatives to optimize inventory turns, reduce risk, and improve working capital performance.
\About the Role:
\- Develop and manage global inventory plans and forecasts
- Drive inventory optimization strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce excess/obsolete inventory
- Ensure alignment of inventory planning with demand forecasts and supply chain constraints
- Lead initiatives to improve working capital performance through efficient inventory management at market and regional levels
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver actionable insights
Requirements:
\- Proven experience in supply chain management
- Inventory planning expertise at a global or regional level
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Supply chain qualification is beneficial
- Advanced planning system and SAP ERP experience are essential for this role
