Employment Law Expert for Strategic Partnerships

Attracting a talented and dedicated individual to spearhead our strategic partnerships is crucial for driving success in the ever-evolving employment landscape. Our ideal candidate will possess a strong background in law, specifically in employment law, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing trusted counsel to the organization, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, and developing effective policy strategies. This role involves:
- Providing expert advice on employment law matters
- Developing and reviewing policies to ensure legal compliance
- Managing the eligibility to work processes across the business
- Drafting and reviewing letters/documents as required
To excel in this position, you will need:
- A degree in Law and/or completed FE-1s, PPC 1 & 2
- Excellent written and communication skills
- An in-depth knowledge of employment law in ROI
