Financial Controller Position

We are seeking a seasoned Finance Professional to manage our Accounts and Payroll functions.
About the Role:- This is an exciting opportunity to join our team in a hands-on role, covering accounts and payroll processing for UK and ROI teams.
- The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and be able to manage multiple priorities with ease.
The successful applicant will be responsible for managing monthly payroll processing, bank reconciliations, sales ledger, purchase ledger, fixed asset register, and assisting with financial audits and reporting packs.
About You:- At least 3 years' experience in finance roles, preferably with end-to-end payroll experience.
- You should have excellent organisational and communication skills, as well as proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Sage (UK/ROI) or similar payroll/accounting software.
- Aiming for IATI or CIPP certification would be advantageous.
- Manage monthly payroll processing for UK and ROI teams, including pensions and HMRC/Revenue submissions.
- Carry out bank reconciliations, margin and stock analysis, and support internal reporting.
- Oversee sales ledger: allocate payments, reconcile accounts, and assist with credit control.
- Support purchase ledger: process invoices, handle payments, and reconcile supplier statements.
- Maintain fixed asset register and perform monthly reconciliations.
- Assist with financial audits, reporting packs, and provide administrative support across the team.
