Job Title: Project Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Management Specialist to lead construction projects for our client, a leading Main Contractor in Ireland or elsewhere.

The ideal candidate will have significant knowledge in project management, leadership skills, and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and building regulations.
  • Coordinate construction of projects to meet program specifications.
  • Organize site meetings with design teams and subcontractors.
  • Direct and manage site staff and subcontractors.
Requirements:
  • Degree qualified with at least 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in Ireland or elsewhere.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and IT skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Microsoft Project.
