As an Auditor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality audit engagements. This involves working closely with your peers to develop a comprehensive understanding of the business and its associated risks.

Throughout the audit process, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the audit plan by completing assigned tasks of exceptional quality, on time, and with impact. You will leverage advanced analytics and artificial intelligence to assess IT fundamentals throughout the audit process.

Additionally, you will contribute to drafting impactful issue summaries, build and maintain constructive relationships with stakeholders during audits, and take an active role in your development in business technical, new world, and human skills.

You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with all levels to achieve the best possible outcomes on audit and uphold the highest standards of ethics and integrity.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant bachelor's or master's degree, or relevant qualification [e.g., chartered accountant, CPA, CIA, CISA or equivalent, MBA or equivalent]
  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience, e.g. within Internal Audit, Risk Management, or Compliance. Preferably in the Insurance or Financial Services Industry
  • Experience within complex, fast moving and international organizations preferred
  • Basic understanding of audit methodology, Internal Audit Standards and internal control frameworks preferred
  • Basic understanding of insurance preferred
  • Experience and basic understanding of new world skills (DA, ITGC and GenAI) preferred
  • Basic project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and consistently deliver assigned activities on time
