At the forefront of risk detection and mitigation, our team is seeking a skilled Risk Management Specialist to join us in Dublin. As a vital member of our Risk, Compliance, and Platform Integrity department, you will be responsible for identifying risk signals, analyzing behaviors, verifying customer identities, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

The Role
  • You will conduct reviews of new fundraisers to detect anomalies and evaluate their risk profiles.
  • Additionally, you will analyze behavior deviations and account risk signals post-onboarding, triage leads for further review and escalation, evaluate KYC/KYB documentation, and identify trends and gaps in scoring models.

Our ideal candidate possesses 1-3 years of experience in fraud, risk, trust & safety, or payments environments. They should have familiarity with customer due diligence, AML/CTF regulations, KYC/KYB standards, and financial crime typologies. Strong analytical and writing skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and a high level of empathy, integrity, and professionalism are essential.
