Job Title: Risk Management Specialist

Job Description:

This is a challenging role that requires strong analytical and communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and conducting assessments of insurance operations, developing reports with findings, and providing guidance on insurance risk issues.

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in audit or control testing, preferably within the insurance industry. They will also possess strong interpersonal skills, ability to analyze data sets, and effective time management skills.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Organizing and conducting assessments of insurance operations
  • Developing assessment reports with findings
  • Providing centralized guidance on insurance risk issues
  • Tracking and reporting progress on unresolved actions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you will need to possess:

  • A proven background in audit or control testing (external or internal)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data sets
  • Effective time management skills
  • Audit-related certification preferred but not required
