Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operator to manage and maintain our plant systems, ensuring efficient production of dairy powders. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of automation systems and be able to maximize throughput while maintaining high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Run automated separation, pasteurization, evaporation, and dryer machinery to produce dairy powders.
  • Monitor and control processes to ensure customer specifications and targets are met.
  • Conduct hourly testing of products to verify quality and compliance with standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of production parameters, product traceability, and HACCP requirements.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role or related industry.
  • Dairy ingredients manufacturing experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong technical and mechanical aptitude, including ability to operate computer screens and run manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex information clearly.
