Senior Contracts & Procurement Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Contracts & Procurement Manager to join our European projects team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and award of construction contracts on fast-track projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and Pre-Qualification of Contractors
  • Preparation and Issue of Tenders
  • Commercial and Technical Evaluation of Tenders
  • Chairing Clarification Meetings
  • Leading Commercial Negotiations
  • Preparing Recommendation Reports for Approval
  • Preparing and Updating Procurement Strategies
  • Preparing and Updating Procurement Reports
  • Preparation of Contract Documents
  • Monitoring Contractor Performance and Driving Improvement
  • Contract Management Support during the Construction Phase
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 20+ years of related experience in EPCM projects.
  • A proven track record of managing large-scale projects.
  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or Engineering.
  • A strong legal grounding in construction contracts.
  • Experience of main forms of contract.
  • A high level of skill to evaluate bids and compile reports.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Flexibility and ability to handle multiple requests.
  • Customer focus and teamwork.
  • A self-starter with initiative.
