Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Development Lead to spearhead the development of scalable and high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Agent Force, and telephony integrations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development team, designing and implementing technical solutions, and ensuring the timely delivery of projects. A proven track record in mentoring junior developers and driving best practices is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce development.
  • Proven experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, particularly in Case Management, Data Cloud, Agent Force, etc.
  • Experience with telephony integrations and Einstein Analytics is highly desirable.
