This is a key leadership role within our hospitality organisation. We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our food and beverage team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurants, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and driving sales growth.
Main Responsibilities- To develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- To lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.
- To maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a warm and welcoming experience.
- To manage inventory, labour costs, and other operational aspects of the restaurant to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability.
- To work closely with the head chef and kitchen team to ensure that menu offerings are consistently of high quality and meet customer expectations.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar management role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers alike.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritising multiple tasks and deadlines as needed.
- Familiarity with food safety and health and safety protocols, with a commitment to upholding these standards at all times.
