Process Engineer Job Description

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the goals and objectives of our Operational Excellence, Process Support, and IT Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage key Operational Excellence projects to increase site capacity.
  • Oversee capital projects from scope generation through performance qualification and close-out.
  • Provide specialist technical knowledge and advice on process-related problems.
  • Lead day-to-day troubleshooting of plant process problems to monitor plant efficiency and capacity.
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement activities.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in a Process Engineering role in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering.
  • Experience in LEAN manufacturing is desirable.
