Construction Site Leader Sought for Dynamic Projects

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team and manage the day-to-day activities of a construction site. We are seeking a motivated individual with 3+ years' experience as a construction site foreman/foreperson.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement daily and weekly programmes, issuing programme details to sub-contractors.
  • Attend weekly management team meetings for clients and construction teams.
  • Maintain the site diary, recording manpower levels for each sub-contractor and detailed notes of all site activities.

The ideal candidate will have strong time management skills, excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, and a strong understanding of the construction industry and working on site.
