Dedicated Care Specialist

We are seeking skilled professionals to support individuals with disabilities in a residential service located in Roscommon, Ireland.
This role involves providing high-quality care, promoting independence and person-centred planning.
- Caregivers will provide individualized support to service users, enhancing their overall well-being and quality of life.
- Successful candidates will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring a positive and respectful relationship with service users.
- They will also contribute to the day-to-day running of the service, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centred care to service users, tailoring support to meet their unique needs.
- Assess and manage risk, ensuring the safety and well-being of young people in care.
- Implement policies and procedures as required by relevant regulatory bodies.
Requirements:
- A minimum Level 7 Qualification in Social Care or a related area is essential for this role.
- Applicants should have experience in risk assessments and safeguarding of young people in care.
- A working knowledge of HIQA policies and procedures is also necessary.
