At Engage People Recruitment, we are on a mission to shape the future of residential and buy-to-let lending in Ireland. We are seeking an ambitious Lending Manager who is passionate about driving growth in this dynamic industry.

">Lending Manager">Payscale: €55,000 - €60,000 plus performance-based bonus
">Location: Dublin (Hybrid model)
">Reporting to: Managing Director
">Experience: 5+ years in lending, mortgages, or financial services

  • Manage and grow your lending portfolio across broker and direct channels

  • Serve as the key contact for brokers and intermediaries, offering training, support, and insights

  • Drive new business and manage end-to-end mortgage applications

  • Deliver strong conversion rates while enhancing client and broker experience

  • Work closely with Credit, AML, Finance, and Operations to ensure smooth deal execution

  • Represent the brand confidently with clients, brokers, and internal teams

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in mortgage lending or a similar financial services role

  • QFA or APA (Loans) qualification

  • A positive, commercial mindset and genuine passion for the mortgage space

  • Experience managing pipelines, achieving targets, and building trusted broker relationships

  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

  • Someone who brings ideas, energy, and the drive to make an impact
