The AWS Enterprise Support team is looking for an experienced Technical Account Specialist to provide technical expertise to our customers. As a member of this team, you will contribute to ensuring the success of key enterprise customers in developing applications and services on the AWS platform.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Make recommendations on how new AWS offerings fit in the company strategy and architecture.
- Complete analysis and present periodic reviews of operational performance to customers.
- Participate in customer-requested meetings and work directly with Amazon Web Services engineers to ensure that customer issues are resolved expeditiously.
**Requirements**
- Experience with AWS services or other cloud offerings.
- Experience in an internal enterprise or external customer-facing environment as a technical lead.
