Job Title: Technical Content Specialist

  • Creating content for business units supporting program releases under the guidance of senior team members
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, development, product management, and marketing across the world
  • Authoring content in DITA XML and content management systems
  • Designing technical illustrations using Photoshop and Illustrator or similar tools
  • Providing support for document operations processes

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Able to work from our office three days per week
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to plan workload and multitask effectively
  • Technical illustration skills: Photoshop and Illustrator or similar

Desirable skills include:

  • Experience with topic-based writing, preferably in DITA XML
  • Document control and revisioning in content management or version control systems
  • Technically skilled with knowledge of scripting languages, APIs, and SQL
