Job Description

The sales assistant will work on a 40-hour contract, ensuring the store is open seven days a week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming and greeting customers with a smile.
  • Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
  • Ensuring outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards are met.
  • Staying up-to-date with product information to provide knowledgeable assistance.
  • Following all company policies and procedures at all times.
  • Handling customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Processing deliveries, replenishing stock, and processing returns in the stockroom efficiently.
  • Handling all stock effectively, maintaining both brands' stockrooms to an exceptionally high cleanliness standard.
  • Opening and closing the store and tills as required.
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve and exceed brand targets.
Requirements:

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual who has previous retail experience, preferably within a premium luxury ladieswear brand. The ideal candidate will also possess:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role with excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to multitask across two brands and handle the pressure of a busy day with ease.
  • A willingness to learn and improve continuously.
  • Motivation by being a team player with a common goal in mind.
