Luxury Beauty Consultant

About the Role:

This exciting opportunity is available for a talented individual to join our team as a Luxury Beauty Consultant. As part of this role, you will have the chance to work with top airports and drive brand awareness and sales.

You will be part of an expert team that empowers women and men to feel more confident by offering personalized and luxury consultations for skincare, make-up, and award-winning fragrances.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about exceptional service and luxury beauty, approachable, friendly, and thrive working in a team to create a positive working environment with colleagues and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work flexibly during retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Develop fundamental product knowledge and application techniques to provide excellent results for clients.
  • Generate sales by applying multi-brand selling methods, product knowledge, and following basic service flow.
  • Use POS software and other digital systems required to successfully run the counter.
  • Maintain the counter/store quality and merchandising, including appearance and cleanliness of the counter/store.
  • Develop positive relationships with airport floor managers and head office.
  • Be a brand ambassador with your attitude, behavior, and on-brand grooming.
  • Convey passion and master storytelling.
  • Connect with clients and care, provide good solutions and after-sales/service.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with POS software and other digital systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
