Digital Marketing Team Lead Opportunity

As a seasoned marketing professional, you will lead a dynamic team in the digital marketing space, managing large advertisers and agency clients with exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a high-performing team of account managers supporting strategic agencies and their clients
  • Drive operational excellence by creating scalable programs and optimizing workflows to maximize efficiency
  • Act as primary stakeholder in client's social media agency business, representing the agency segment in internal and external meetings
  • Recruit, hire, and retain top talent to enhance team performance
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in team lead or manager role, preferably with a focus on digital marketing and strategic agencies
  • A proven track record in managing large advertisers or agency clients with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated success in building, coaching, and scaling high-performance sales teams with a strong emphasis on results-driven decision making
