Job Title:

The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the accounting team.

This includes ensuring that sales and payments are correctly recorded, reconciled and accounted for in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be highly motivated and able to use their own initiative to meet deadlines.

They should also be effective multi-taskers with the ability to focus on key priorities, have attention to detail and see tasks through to completion.

Self-assurance, flexibility and adaptability are essential in this role as the ability to create positive working relationships and work well under pressure.

Additionally, they should have a good working knowledge of accounts packages and MS Office software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creditor Control and Accounts Payable
  • Recording of daily sales and related transactions
  • Posting bank statement transactions
  • Reconciling cash clearing & bank accounts
  • Inputting of invoices and credit notes as required
  • General Ledger Department Cost Reporting
  • Other ad hoc duties as required
