Job Overview

The Billing Team Lead position is a critical role within the organization, responsible for overseeing the domestic customer billing function.

This senior-level position requires a strong leader who can manage a team, develop and improve processes, and drive results.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar Billing Team Lead role or equivalent team lead position, with a proven track record of success in managing teams and achieving targeted metrics.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
  • Service Delivery: Coordinate team service levels and workload to ensure timely and accurate delivery of billing activities.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs, coach, and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Drive and manage the team to achieve targeted metrics, analyze data, and provide insights to inform business decisions.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Billing Experience: 3+ years' experience in a fast-paced billing environment.
  • MS Excel: High level of proficiency in MS Excel, with expertise in data handling and analysis.
  • Data Query Skills: Strong data query skills, with ability to extract insights from complex data sets.
  • Candidate Profile: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
