About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Supervisor to fill a key position in our production facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement Group IT initiatives at site level, driving efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain and manage IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless network performance and robust security systems.
  • Promptly diagnose and resolve system issues to minimize downtime, reducing impact on operations.
  • Provide expert technical support for hardware and software assets, including PCs, laptops, printers, and phones.
  • Configure and install IT solutions, manage user accounts, backups, and security protocols.
  • Evaluate software updates and consult with production teams on added functionality, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Promote optimal hardware care and barcode quality standards, enhancing overall product quality.
  • Serve as primary on-site IT contact, offering guidance and training to users, fostering a culture of self-sufficiency.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in IT support within a production or manufacturing environment is essential.
  • Strong technical knowledge of networks, servers, and security systems is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with hybrid cloud, data centres, and on-site technologies is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English are required.
