We're looking for an experienced professional to join our team as an AVP Private Equity Investor Relations. In this role, you will be responsible for performing administration services for private equity and real estate funds leading a small team of supervisors and communicating with investors.

As a key member of our Fund Administration team, you will play a critical role in maintaining shareholders registers, processing subscriptions, capital calls, distributions, and transfers ensuring compliance with fund rules and representations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform administration services for private equity and real estate funds
  • Lead a small team of supervisors

  • Maintain shareholders registers

  • Ensure compliance with fund rules and representations

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting Finance or Business-related area
  • 7+ years of experience in investor relations preferably private equity and/or hedge funds
  • Active interest in the financial markets hedge fund and private equity industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications Word Excel
