Job Summary

This is a supervisory role within the Private Equity unit, focused on delivering high-quality client service and driving business growth.


  • Serves as primary point of contact for Private Equity clients, providing exceptional operational support and relationship management.
  • Develops strong relationships with client contacts, including investment professionals, investors, lawyers, auditors, and banking personnel.
  • Supervises staff on systems, processing, procedures, and job responsibilities, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Trains, coaches, and mentors new employees, fostering their growth and development within the team.
  • Provides input and feedback on ongoing performance and development, supporting employee success.
  • Reviews and approves work performed by analysts, maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
  • Collaborates closely with the fund accounting team, sharing expertise and resources to enhance overall efficiency.
  • Reviews or prepares capital call and distribution calculations, ensuring timely and accurate communication to clients.
  • Assists in coordinating annual fund audits, upholding the highest standards of regulatory compliance.
  • Resolves issues, errors, and queries promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and trust.
  • Maintains good working relationships with external clients, internal relationship managers, and other business units within the organization.
  • Supports the development and implementation of departmental procedures, promoting best practices and process improvements.

Key Qualifications
  • At least five years' experience in a Fund Administration role, preferably in Private Equity, with at least two years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of Private Equity structures, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.
  • Experience reviewing Limited Partnership Agreements and Operational Memoranda.
  • Proven supervisory skills and coaching/mentoring abilities, with a track record of employee development and success.
  • Fluency in English language (verbal and written), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A third-level degree in Finance or a related field.
