Exciting Opportunity for Senior Architectural Technologist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to lead large-scale projects across Ireland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for producing technically robust architectural deliverables using Revit and coordinating layouts.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Produce high-quality architectural designs and technical documentation for medium to large-scale projects.
  • Coordinate layouts and develop full tender and construction documentation.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional outputs.
  • Contribute to cost management and ensure technical decisions align with project objectives.
  • Attend site visits and provide construction and technical support.
  • Maintain the highest standards of quality and adhere to company QA procedures and industry regulations.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in architectural technology with a focus on large-scale project delivery.
  • Highly proficient in Revit and experienced in BIM processes, Irish Building Codes, and Planning Regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce detailed designs and full technical documentation.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with experience working collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
