Director, Global Payroll

This role is responsible for leading a team to deliver global payroll services across multiple regions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the global payroll process, ensuring objectives are met.
  • Establish compliance systems for regulatory audits.
  • Analyze complex transactions, identify issues, and resolve problems with internal teams.
  • Develop processes for efficient and accurate payroll delivery.
  • Maintain relationships with internal customers and external vendors.

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience in a global environment.
  • 4+ years of management experience.
  • Proficiency in Workday and ADP Celergo.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
