Global Payroll Management Role

This is a key management position within a multinational organization, focusing on payroll policy development, procedure implementation, and team leadership.

Responsibilities include generating accurate payrolls, overseeing timekeeping processes, and meeting government reporting requirements in accordance with regulatory frameworks.

Closely working with the Senior Manager Global Payroll and HR will enable you to develop a comprehensive long-term global payroll strategy, build strategic partnerships, and effectively manage relationships with external vendors.

Ongoing tasks involve reviewing tax notices, assessing funding requests, and conducting regular reviews of payroll procedures to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley standards.

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, people management expertise, and effective communication abilities. A background in IPASS or CIPP certifications and fluency in English are highly desirable, with additional European languages being an asset for this role.
