\The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality psychological services, including assessments, reports and recommendations. They will work closely with the senior clinical psychologist to deliver services within the company ethos and philosophy.
\The role involves working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide an integrated and coordinated service to our service users. This includes contributing to the development of person-centred plans, providing advice and support programmes for parents and families, and participating in general development of the service.
\Key Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality psychological services, including assessments, reports and recommendations.\
- Work closely with the senior clinical psychologist to deliver services within the company ethos and philosophy.\
- Contribute to the development of person-centred plans.\
- Provide advice and support programmes for parents and families.\
- Participate in general development of the service.\
- Monitor and keep up-to-date with developments in psychology and early intervention.\
- Perform any other duties appropriate to the position from time to time.\

Requirements:

- Psychology degree or equivalent qualification.\
- MSc ABA or equivalent qualification.\
- Registration requirements of the Psychological Society of Ireland.\
- Experience of working with people with additional and/or complex needs.\
- High standard of IT literacy.\
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.\
- Excellent organisational skills, self-motivation and ability to work independently.\
- Excellent verbal, written communication and IT skills.\
