We are seeking a highly skilled IT & Technical Support Services Manager to join our team at RedChair Recruitment. As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a small team of four people and leading in all aspects of technical support, continuous improvements, and ensuring that clients are satisfied.
About the Role:- Management of IT and Technical Support teams
- Developing and maintaining high performance levels of service
- Creating systems, procedures, and methodologies to support outstanding service delivery
- Leading the delivery of key IT projects
- Service delivery performance and quality control
- Implementing system and service improvements
- Leadership of people within the small IT team
The successful candidate will have 3 years of previous experience in a similar role, strong IT Security knowledge, customer focus, and people management and leadership skills. Experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP Business One, is an advantage.
