Executive Kitchen Director Opportunity

A highly skilled and experienced Culinary Professional is sought to lead the kitchen team in a dynamic restaurant environment.

About the Role:

  • Oversee the strategic direction of kitchen operations, ensuring seamless execution during busy service periods
  • Lead by example, motivating and empowering kitchen staff to excel in their roles
  • Develop and implement seasonal menus and daily specials, showcasing creativity and culinary expertise
  • Implement and maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality control at all times
  • Provide backup support to the Executive Chef as required

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior kitchen leadership role
  • Proven expertise in cost control, kitchen management, and culinary innovation
  • Effective leadership style, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and open communication
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure, thriving in fast-paced and dynamic kitchen environments
  • Passion for delivering exceptional cuisine

Requirements:

  • Candidates must be based in Ireland and hold the right to work within the country
  • Must be able to commute to the Dublin area on a regular basis
