Job Title: Culinary Support Leader

Role Overview:

The Culinary Support Leader will assist the Kitchen Management Team in maintaining hotel quality standards and revenue goals by overseeing food preparation, quality, physical maintenance, and inventory functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely attendance for duty and maintain exceptional personal grooming and appearance.
  • Comply with all Company policies and procedures as outlined in department SOP documents and Team Member Handbooks.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate forecasts, plans, and departmental production reports for management review.
  • Fill and sign requisitions for the kitchen's needs in a timely manner.
Service Standards:
  • Report for duty on time, wear required clean uniforms, and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Assist the Kitchen Team in maintaining kitchen operations, including food preparation and quality control.
Health & Safety:
  • Ensure reasonable care for the health and safety of yourself, colleagues, customers, and third-party service providers at all times.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations, customer safety guidelines, fire regulations, emergency procedures, and chemical safety protocols.
