The Role: Cost Manager

  • Assist project teams with accurate cost management and financial advice.
  • Conduct cost analysis and prepare reports.
  • Prepare tender documents and contracts.
  • Monitor project costs and ensure they remain within budget.
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and clients for smooth project delivery.
  • Support senior quantity surveyors in various tasks.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Previous experience in similar role or internship in construction industry an advantage.
