About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled nurse to join our interdisciplinary team, delivering comprehensive care to children and their families in the family home/community environment. The successful candidate will have experience working with paediatric patients, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative approach to care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care and support to children with life-limiting conditions and their families
- Work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care
- Develop and implement individualised care plans in conjunction with the multidisciplinary team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment
Requirements:
- Fully registered with the relevant nursing authority
- Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience working in a paediatric setting (RGN/RNID require 5 years)
- Working knowledge of information technology
- Experience of working within an interdisciplinary team
- Ability to work independently
- Full clean driving licence
