Mechanical Construction Management

The successful candidate will oversee daily mechanical construction activities on the project, developing a cost-effective plan to ensure timely completion. Responsibilities include executing the scope of work related to construction/fabrication and pre-commissioning in line with the approved project schedule.

Key responsibilities include monitoring and reporting project details, ensuring all changes to specifications, work scope, and drawings are properly documented. The role requires adherence to Safety, EHS, and Quality Standards in compliance with relevant policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess a background in a relevant trade or engineering discipline, with over 5 years of industry experience. Previous work with a Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Contractor in Ireland or the UK is preferred, particularly on Industrial or Pharmaceutical projects.

The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, including HVAC and building services design. Experience of piping systems installation is highly desirable, as is proven ability to manage both people and programs. Clear communication skills with all stakeholders are essential.

  • Possess a background in a relevant trade or engineering discipline.
  • Have over 5 years of industry experience.
  • Previous work with a Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Contractor in Ireland or the UK is preferred.
