Occupational Disability Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Limerick. As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will play a key role in empowering adults with intellectual disabilities and complex needs to live fulfilling and independent lives.
The ideal candidate will have a BSc in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent qualification) and CORU registration as an Occupational Therapist. A minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience, including at least 1 year working with adults with intellectual disabilities, is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, planning, intervention, and review of occupational therapy programmes tailored to adults with intellectual disabilities.
- Deliver needs-based, outcome-focused care guided by the Individual Support Plan (ISP).
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure coordinated care and goal setting.
- Maintain professional standards in assessment, documentation, reporting, and service delivery.
