As a seasoned technology leader, you will oversee the performance and capacity management of our mainframe and tandem platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guarantee optimal daily functioning of all applications and services supported by these platforms.
  • Manage capacity to ensure efficient use of technology resources while adhering to contract requirements.
  • Maintain accurate capacity plans to support architectural decisions and new product procurements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve performance-related service incidents.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to deliver enhanced customer experiences and cost savings.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in mainframe and/or tandem platforms.
  • At least 5 years leading and delivering technology initiatives that improve service delivery, system availability, and cost optimisation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience working across diverse technical teams and third-party suppliers.
