Mainframe Performance and Capacity Lead Role
This role is pivotal in the Enterprise Delivery organization, overseeing the efficient management of a multi-million dollar technology platform.
The successful candidate will focus on managing Service Performance and Capacity Management for Mainframe and Tandem platforms.
- Ensure optimal day-to-day performance of all applications and services supported by the platforms.
- Manage the capacity of the platforms to ensure optimal use of technology resources while maintaining contract compliance.
- Maintain a capacity plan with accurate projections to support architectural and procurement decisions.
- Liaise and cooperate with stakeholders to support avoidance or resolution of performance-related service incidents.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven technology experience gained over at least 10 years related career experience and knowledge of Mainframe and/or Tandem platforms.
- A minimum of 5 years leading and delivering technology initiatives to improve service, system availability, and costs.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills and experience working across diverse technical teams and third-party suppliers.
