Warehouse Operative Job

We are looking for a skilled Warehouse Operative to join our team in Dublin 22. As a key member of the warehouse and logistics team, you will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day stock management and supporting the sales, retail, and management teams.

  • Assist in managing inventory levels and ensuring accurate stock counts
  • Collaborate with department teams, stock administrators, and retail and warehouse teams on a daily basis
  • Load and unload delivery vehicles by hand or using a forklift truck - mixed weights
  • Check for damaged or missing items and sort stock for storage in the warehouse
  • Receive and process warehouse stock products, checking against paperwork and using the warehouse management systems
  • Report any issues or discrepancies

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years' experience as a warehouse operative and possess excellent attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively.

Additionally, the following skills and qualifications are required:

  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift heavy objects
  • Use of email is a requirement, knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Numbers a distinct advantage
  • Leaving cert or equivalent level of education

Preferred additional skills include current forklift licence and experience with a warehouse system.

Working conditions include working in a warehouse environment, manual handling required, and occasional travel between offices/locations may be required.
